CHERRY GLEN GOAT CHEESE

Cherry Glen Gloat Cheese's 58 acre farm, located within the Montgomery County Agriculture Reserve, is home to more than 400 Toggenburg and Alpine dairy goats. Beautifully crafted in small batches, their cheese is all natural and contains no synthetic hormones, antibiotics or chemical compounds. Their herd, established in 1982, is their sole source of milk. Following true artisan farmstead traditions, the fresh chevre, ricotta and five varieties of soft-ripened cheeses are handmade using only vegetable rennet and enzymes.
