Chris goes directly to the source when purchasing his high-quality Blue Crab meat from processors to make sure that the product meets his specifications. (Rippons Brothers Seafood, founded in 1947 and located on Hooper's Island, MD, is a family-owned business that provides Chesapeake Bay crabs to well-established, local seafood houses and high-quality producers like Chris.)
